A Comcast technician came to change a faulty modem. Following investing an hour on maintain with Comcast’s central workplace, he fell asleep on my sofa. I’ve been in my apartment for 3 weeks and my internet connection is even now non-useful. This is my tribute to Comcast, their lower good quality technology and their bad client support.
